I would like to share my experience with Samantha Lackey at Blue Ridge Hearing. First, I would like to say that I originally saw another provider for hearing aids. He was on a list given to me by my doctor’s office. My experience was a nightmare! The aids did not work properly and the vendor was of no help. Thankfully I was able to get a refund for the aids. In searching the Internet, I found Samantha Lackey at Blue Ridge Hearing. She has really helped me and is absolutely wonderful to work with! On my first visit, Ms. Lackey spent a great deal of time with me and did a very thorough hearing exam including another audiogram. She was much more thorough and did more testing than the audiologist and ENT in my doctor’s office. Ms. Lackey recommended hearing aids based on my needs and my life style. These aids were considerably less expensive than the other aids and have performed much better. Ms. Lackey has followed up with me frequently. She has answered all my questions and made adjustments as needed to improve my use of the hearing aids. I have gotten along extremely well and now can hear things that I have not been able to hear for years. They have made a big change in my life! I put my aids in when I get up each morning and take them out before I go to bed at night. I don’t think I could have accomplished this without Ms. Lackey help. She has been a blessing for me and I highly recommend her.
